In-Office Notary Services

  • Acknowledgments: $2 per signature

  • Jurats (Affidavits, Sworn Statements): $2 per signature

  • Oaths/Affirmations: $2 per person

  • Copy Certification: $2 per document

  • Witnessing Signatures: $2 per signature

Mobile Notary Services (Travel fees apply)

  • Base Notarization Fee: $2 per signature

  • Travel Fee: $25-$75 (based on distance from the notary’s location)

  • After-Hours or Emergency Services: Additional $25-$50

Specialty Services

  • Real Estate Documents (Closing Packages): $150-$250

  • Loan Signings (Refinance, HELOC, Purchase): $100-$200

  • Power of Attorney Documents: $50-$100

  • Estate Planning Documents (Wills, Trusts): $50-$150

  • Divorce Documents: $50-$75

  • I-9 Employment Verification: $40-$60

Bulk Discounts

Additional Fees (If Applicable)

  • Printing Documents: $10-$25

  • Scanbacks/Email Return of Documents: $10-$20

  • Wait Time (After First 15 Minutes): $1-$2 per minute
